Partner je fizi&#269;ki tu, ali emocionalno odsutan godinama. Telefon je u ruci. Scroll ide beskona&#269;no. </p><div class="pullquote"><p>Psiholo&#353;ki reels. </p><p>Trauma reels. </p><p>Nervous system reels. </p><p>&#8220;Heal your feminine.&#8221; </p><p>&#8220;Let go.&#8221; </p><p>&#8220;Choose yourself.&#8221; </p><p>&#8220;Regulate your nervous system.&#8221;</p></div><p>I negde izme&#273;u svih tih saveta &#382;ena po&#269;ne da ose&#263;a jo&#353; ve&#263;u prazninu.</p><p>Jer nije problem u tome &#353;to ona &#8220;ne zna dovoljno&#8221;.<br>Problem je &#353;to vi&#353;e nema gde da spusti sebe.</p><p>Nema prostor gde ne mora da bude jaka.<br>Gde ne mora da obja&#353;njava za&#353;to je umorna.<br>Gde ne mora da glumi da je dobro.<br>Gde neko razume kako izgleda &#382;iveti sa nervnim sistemom koji godinama pre&#382;ivljava, a ne &#382;ivi.</p><p>I upravo zato je nastao Healing Depths&#174;.</p><p>Ne kao jo&#353; jedan self-help program.<br>Ne kao jo&#353; jedna motivaciona zajednica &#382;ena koje &#263;e ti pri&#269;ati da &#8220;manifestuje&#353; bolji &#382;ivot&#8221;.</p><p>Nego kao <em><strong>prostor za &#382;ene koje su umorne od pre&#382;ivljavanja.</strong></em></p><p>Za &#382;ene koje ose&#263;aju da su izgubile kontakt sa sobom.<br>Koje vi&#353;e ne znaju &#353;ta ose&#263;aju jer su godinama morale da funkcioni&#353;u.<br>Koje &#382;ive pored ljudi koji ih ne vide.<br>Koje rade tri posla i opet ose&#263;aju krivicu kada odmore.<br>Koje nose porodice na le&#273;ima dok im telo polako po&#269;inje da govori ono &#353;to one vi&#353;e ne mogu.</p><p>U Healing Depths&#174; ne dobija&#353; samo sadr&#382;aj.</p><p>Dobija&#353; prostor.</p><p>Pravi prostor.</p><p>Mesto gde kona&#269;no ne mora&#353; da bude&#353; &#8220;manje&#8221; da bi bila prihva&#263;ena.<br>Gde mo&#382;e&#353; da ka&#382;e&#353; da si umorna.<br>Da si besna.<br>Da si prazna.<br>Da ne zna&#353; vi&#353;e kako da nosi&#353; sebe.</p><p>I niko te ne&#263;e popravljati.</p><div class="callout-block" data-callout="true"><p>Unutar platforme nalazi se &#269;itava arhiva dubinskog rada:<br><em><strong>psihologija, trauma, nervni sistem, emocionalna regulacija, odnosi, telo, meditacije, somatski rad, &#382;enska psiha, obrasci, zavisnosti, partnerstva, iscrpljenost, granice, unutra&#353;nje dete, simboli&#269;ki rad, glasovne refleksije, vo&#273;ene prakse i sadr&#382;aji koji ne slu&#382;e da te motivi&#353;u &#8212; nego da te vrate sebi.</strong></em></p><p>Tu je i zatvorena Telegram grupa.</p></div><p>Ne ona grupa gde ljudi glume prosvetljenje.</p><p>Nego stvaran prostor &#382;ivih &#382;ena koje prolaze kroz stvarne stvari.</p><p>&#381;ena koje poku&#353;avaju da sastave sebe nakon godina disocijacije, pre&#382;ivljavanja, emotivne gladi, burnouta, trauma i odnosa u kojima su se izgubile.</p><p>Svakog meseca imamo i dva grupna poziva u&#382;ivo unutar zajednice.</p><p>Ne da slu&#353;amo generi&#269;ke savete.</p><p>Nego da sednemo zajedno kao ljudi koji vi&#353;e ne &#382;ele da &#382;ive na autopilotu. Mo&#382;e&#353; da slu&#353;a&#353;, mo&#382;e&#353; da se pojavi&#353; i postavi&#353; pitanje, ispri&#269;a&#353; svoju pri&#269;u, mo&#382;e&#353; da pi&#353;e&#353; komentare. </p><p>Ako ose&#263;a&#353; da si umorna od toga da stalno bude&#353; jaka&#8230;<br>ako ose&#263;a&#353; da te niko zapravo ne vidi&#8230;<br>ako si zaboravila kako izgleda ose&#263;ati mir u sopstvenom mora&#353; da ostvari&#353; kontakt o&#269;ima sa drugim voza&#269;em da bi osetila bes koji &#8222;zra&#269;i&#8220; iz njegovog vozila. I mo&#382;e&#353; osetiti kako se bes podi&#382;e u tebi u tom trenutku. Deluje kao potpuno prirodna reakcija, &#269;esto iz potrebe za za&#353;titom. Kao da njihova uznemirenost ulazi u tvoje telo kao da je tvoja.</p><p>Ve&#263;ina nas to pripisuje stresu trenutka.<br>Ali &#382;elim da razmotri&#353; ne&#353;to dublje.</p><p>Emocije su energija i energija se kre&#263;e izme&#273;u ljudi, svesno ili nesvesno.</p><h3><strong>&#352;etnja kroz pijacu</strong></h3><p>Ve&#263;ina ljudi ovo prepoznaje u intenzivnim situacijama: bes u saobra&#263;aju, sva&#273;a, dete koje pla&#269;e u restoranu. U jednom trenutku nailazi na mali grad sa veoma malim ku&#263;ama i tada izgovara govor upu&#263;en tim &#8222;malim&#8220; ljudima. Toliko pravde i saose&#263;anja koliko i slabosti. Okrugli su, pravi&#269;ni i blagi jedni prema drugima, kao &#353;to su zrna peska okrugla, pravi&#269;na i blaga jedni prema drugima.<br>Ponizno prigrliti malu sre&#263;u to oni zovu &#8216;pomirenje&#8217;! A pritom ve&#263; kri&#353;om gledaju oko sebe, tra&#382;e&#263;i novu malu sre&#263;u.<br>U dubini, oni &#382;ele samo jedno: da im niko ne naudi. Zato uga&#273;aju svima i &#269;ine dobro svima.<br>Ali to je kukavi&#269;luk, &#269;ak i ako se naziva &#8216;vrlinom&#8217;.&#8220;</p><p>Kao i obi&#269;no, Jung se fokusira na Nietzscheovu o&#353;tru kritiku &#8222;ni&#382;eg &#269;oveka&#8220;, jer smatra da je to projekcija njegove sopstvene inferiornosti. Smatra da se filozof u tom trenutku suo&#269;ava sa sopstvenom senkom, projektovanom na to &#8222;malo&#8220; selo, i daje slede&#263;e zapa&#382;anje:</p><p>&#8222;Ako senku posmatramo kao psiholo&#353;ki aspekt ili kvalitet kolektivnog nesvesnog, ona se manifestuje u nama; ali kada ka&#382;emo: to sam ja, a to je senka, mi je personifikujemo i time pravimo jasnu razliku izme&#273;u to dvoje, izme&#273;u nas i tog drugog i u meri u kojoj to mo&#382;emo, izdvojili smo senku iz kolektivnog nesvesnog.&#8220;</p><p>Ovde Jung daje klju&#269; za rad sa senkom i uvodi nas u proces aktivne imaginacije. Nije dovoljno samo znati da senka postoji potrebno je razlikovati je u sebi i personifikovati je, kako bismo mogli da radimo sa njom, odvojeno od ega.</p><p>Va&#382;no je napomenuti da mnogi kritikuju Jungov pristup personifikaciji psihi&#269;kih sadr&#382;aja, davanje imena i osobina kao da su zasebna bi&#263;a. Me&#273;utim, to nije ni&#353;ta neobi&#269;no: upravo tako funkcioni&#353;e na&#353;a psiha kroz snove i imaginaciju. To je njen prirodan jezik, zbog &#269;ega sli&#269;ne obrasce nalazimo i u religijama.</p><p>U jungovskoj psihologiji, personifikacija senke je neophodna da bismo joj mogli pristupiti, stupiti u dijalog i uspostaviti odnos kroz aktivnu imaginaciju. Kasnije &#263;emo videti kako se to konkretno radi.</p><p>Zato Jung dalje ka&#382;e:</p><p><em>&#8222;Ako uspemo da izdvojimo senku, ako je personifikujemo kao objekat odvojen od nas samih, tada mo&#382;emo &#8216;uhvatiti ribu u jezeru&#8217;. U suprotnom, on se odmah rastvara u na&#353;em nesvesnom i mi ostajemo u istom stanju kao i ranije.&#8220;&#179;</p><p>&#8222;Uverenje&#8220; je klju&#269;no: nije dovoljno intelektualno priznati senku; potrebna je duboka vera i emocionalna posve&#263;enost kako bismo svakodnevno, disciplinovano, radili sa sopstvenom psihom. Bez toga, proces ostaje povr&#353;an i ne donosi promenu. Ovo nije ne&#353;to &#353;to se radi usput, zahteva ozbiljan pristup.</p><p>S druge strane, iako Jung ovde govori o &#8222;izgradnji &#273;avola&#8220;, to ne zna&#269;i da senku treba doslovno tako oblikovati. Potrebno je dati joj konkretnu formu, a to mo&#382;emo u&#269;initi kroz likove iz snova ili imaginacije. Na taj na&#269;in apstraktan pojam senke postaje ne&#353;to sa &#269;ime mo&#382;emo stupiti u odnos.</p><p>U slu&#269;aju Friedrich Nietzsche, na primer, bilo bi korisno da je &#8222;spustio&#8220; Zarathustra u taj grad i u&#353;ao u dijalog sa tim ljudima. Iz tog susreta mogli bi proiza&#263;i uvidi poput onog koji Jung navodi: da su upravo ti &#8222;ni&#382;i&#8220; ljudi koje prezire omogu&#263;avali njegov opstanak.</p><div class="callout-block" data-callout="true"><p>Na&#353;e projekcije na druge ljude tako&#273;e mogu biti ulaz u rad sa senkom. Zato je korisno napraviti listu osoba koje nas iritiraju ili koje odbacujemo, i u mislima voditi dijalog sa njima. To je dobar po&#269;etak za razvijanje aktivne imaginacije.</p></div><p>Ako to ne radimo, ve&#263; ostanemo samo na intelektualnom razumevanju, ni&#353;ta se su&#353;tinski ne menja. <em><strong>&#8222;Riba ostaje u vodi&#8220;</strong></em> znamo da postoji i kakva je, ali joj ne mo&#382;emo pri&#263;i niti i&#353;ta u&#269;initi s njom. </p><div y2="14"></line></svg></button></div></div></div></a></figure></div><p>Zavr&#353;imo slede&#263;om re&#269;enicom Carl Jung:</p><p>&#8222;Jer senka izlazi iz nas, i kroz senku mo&#382;emo veoma lo&#353;e prolaziti u odnosima sa ljudima, kao i sa kolektivnim nesvesnim. Po&#353;to &#8216;ljudi&#8217; zna&#269;e kolektivno nesvesno, ono se na njih projektuje. Svako se u analizi poigrava Zarathustrinom sudbinom: to je najve&#263;i problem. Ali kada napravimo razliku izme&#273;u senke i nas samih, tada smo pobedili. Ako verujemo da se ona &#8216;lepi&#8217; za nas, da je to na&#353;e svojstvo, tada ne mo&#382;emo biti sigurni da nismo ludi.&#8220;&#8308;</p><div class="callout-block" data-callout="true"><p>Kada ne razlikujemo senku od sebe, dolazi do ve&#263;eg broja unutra&#353;njih i spolja&#353;njih konflikata, jer ono &#353;to najvi&#353;e odbacujemo u sebi projektujemo na druge. Time postajemo i osetljiviji na spolja&#353;nje uticaje.</p></div><p>Jung poistove&#263;uje &#8222;ljude&#8220; sa kolektivnim nesvesnim: mase predstavljaju ono bezli&#269;no, arhai&#269;no i nediferencirano u ljudskoj psihi. U kontekstu Zarathustra, &#8222;mali ljudi&#8220; simbolizuju tu inferiornu masu na koju Friedrich Nietzsche projektuje sopstvenu senku.</p><p>U radu sa senkom kroz meditaciju kao i kroz Katatimno imaginativnu psihoterapiju, mo&#382;e se do&#382;iveti kao vrsta energije koja &#269;esto nastaje u donjem delu le&#273;a i &#353;iri se kroz telo. Ako joj dozvolimo da je svesno posmatramo, mo&#382;emo po&#269;eti da je razlikujemo od sebe; tada uvi&#273;amo da ono &#353;to mislimo, ose&#263;amo ili sudimo o drugima ne dolazi spolja, ve&#263; iz tog unutra&#353;njeg izvora. Tada postaje jasnije da je to ne&#353;to kolektivno i odvojeno od na&#353;eg svesnog identiteta.</p><p>Za kraj, &#382;elim da podelim li&#269;no iskustvo vezano za personifikaciju senke, koje mi se de&#353;avalo tokom onoga &#353;to neki nazivaju &#8222;astralnim putovanjima&#8220;, naj&#269;e&#353;&#263;e u zoru:</p><p>Od momenta kada sam otkrila da je moj dom na ostrvu, tokom sna mi se pojavljivao jedan neobi&#269;an poziv koji me je pozivao da ga istra&#382;ujem, a &#269;esto bi me u toku sna navodio da tragam ne znaju&#263;i za &#269;im. Ponekad sam uspevala da ga &#269;ujem, ponekad da uhvatim obrise i da krenem jo&#353; dublje za njim. Nakon &#353;to sam osnovala Institut, prona&#353;la gde mu je dom i kreirala svoj psihoterapijski modalitet, uporedo izu&#269;avaju&#263;i Jungov radom, odlu&#269;ila sam da svom snu postavljam pitanja i slu&#353;am &#353;ta ima da ka&#382;e. Jednom se pojavio kao ljudska figura sa rogovima i repom i tra&#382;io da stupim u kontakt sa jednom osobom. Kada sam to u&#269;inila, ispostavilo se da je toj osobi bila potrebna pomo&#263;. Drugi put se pojavio kao &#382;ena, mo&#263;na, obi&#269;nog narodskog izgleda, jednostavno obu&#269;ena, koja poma&#382;e svima i tra&#382;i od mene da uzmem neki predmet. </p><p>Ta osoba se i danas povremeno pojavljuje, naro&#269;ito kada postoji ne&#353;to va&#382;no na &#353;ta treba obratiti pa&#382;nju, vi&#353;e ne u tom intenzivnom mo&#263;nom obliku, ve&#263; ponekad kao dete ili poznata osoba. Kao da je re&#353;enje u tome da se promene drugi ljudi, postave granice ili nau&#269;i bolja komunikacija. I nekada to jeste deo procesa.</p><p>Ali mnogo &#269;e&#353;&#263;e, ono &#353;to osoba do&#382;ivljava kao &#8220;problem sa drugima&#8221; zapravo je kontakt sa ne&#269;im &#353;to ve&#263; postoji u njenom unutra&#353;njem sistemu.</p><p>Jedna klijentkinja je do&#353;la sa upravo tim iskustvom - stalna iritacija, nizak prag tolerancije, ose&#263;aj da je &#8220;sve nervira&#8221;. Sitne situacije su izazivale jake reakcije. Ljudi oko nje su joj delovali zahtevno, naporno, iscrpljuju&#263;e.</p><p>Ono &#353;to je bilo karakteristi&#269;no nije bio intenzitet pojedina&#269;nih situacija, ve&#263; disproporcija izme&#273;u okida&#269;a i reakcije.</p><p>To je uvek signal da telo ve&#263; ne&#353;to nosi.</p><p>U radu nismo i&#353;li u analizu ljudi iz njenog okru&#382;enja.<br>Nismo tra&#382;ili ko gre&#353;i, niti smo poku&#353;avali da &#8220;popravimo pona&#353;anje&#8221;.</p><p>Radili smo sa telom. </p><p>Vrlo brzo se pokazalo da postoji sloj potisnute ljutnje i frustracije koji nikada nije imao uslove da se izrazi i zavr&#353;i.</p><p>To su bile situacije u kojima nije bilo bezbedno reagovati.<br>Momentu kada je bilo potrebno pre&#263;utati, progutati, nastaviti dalje.<br>Reakcije koje su zaustavljene pre nego &#353;to su mogle da se dovr&#353;e.</p><p>Sa stanovi&#353;ta nervnog sistema i telesne regulacije, takve reakcije ne nestaju.</p><p>One ostaju &#8220;otvorene&#8221;.</p><p>Telo ih organizuje u sebi, u mi&#353;i&#263;ima, u fasciji, u obrascima napetosti i spremnosti na reakciju. Um mo&#382;e da odlu&#269;i da ide dalje, ali telo ne funkcioni&#353;e po istom principu. Ono ne meri koliko si &#8220;razumno&#8221; postupio. Ono pamti &#353;ta nije zavr&#353;eno.</p><p>Vremenom, taj akumulirani materijal po&#269;inje da tra&#382;i izlaz. Ne nu&#382;no tamo gde je nastao, ve&#263; tamo gde se pojavi dovoljan stimulus. Zato reakcije &#269;esto deluju kao da &#8220;nemaju veze&#8221; sa situacijom.</p><blockquote><p>Kratak fitilj.<br>Nestrpljenje koje se brzo aktivira.<br>Iritacija bez jasnog razloga.<br>Ose&#263;aj da su &#8220;svi naporni&#8221;, &#269;ak i kada objektivno nisu uradili ni&#353;ta zna&#269;ajno.</p></blockquote><p>U takvim stanjima, osoba &#269;esto zaklju&#269;uje da ima problem sa sobom da je &#8220;te&#353;ka&#8221;, preosetljiva ili lo&#353;a u odnosima.</p><p>U realnosti, mnogo &#269;e&#353;&#263;e je re&#269; o sistemu koji nosi veliku koli&#269;inu neprocesirane emocionalne energije.</p><p>I to je ne&#353;to sa &#269;im mo&#382;e da se radi. </p><p>Kroz iskustveni rad, fokus nije na pri&#269;i o tome &#353;ta se desilo, ve&#263; na stvaranju uslova da telo dovr&#353;i ono &#353;to tada nije moglo.</p><p>Kako se taj proces odvija, promene se ne de&#353;avaju na nivou kontrole.</p><p>Osoba ne u&#269;i da &#8220;bolje reaguje&#8221;.</p><p>Reakcija se prirodno menja.</p><p>U slu&#269;aju ove klijentkinje, ono &#353;to je godinama bilo prisutno - stalna iritacija, napetost, brzina reakcije, po&#269;elo je da se smanjuje bez svesnog napora.</p><p>Prostor izme&#273;u stimulusa i odgovora se pove&#263;ao.<br>Telo je postajalo regulisanije.<br>Unutra&#353;nji pritisak je opadao.</p><p>I sa tim, promenila se i percepcija drugih ljudi.</p><p>Ne zato &#353;to su se oni promenili nego zato &#353;to vi&#353;e nisu aktivirali isto optere&#263;enje u njenom sistemu.</p><blockquote><p>Ljudi oko nas &#269;esto nisu uzrok na&#353;e reakcije.<br>Oni su okida&#269; za ono &#353;to ve&#263; nosimo.</p></blockquote><p>Kada se to razume na nivou iskustva, fokus rada se prirodno pomera sa poku&#353;aja da kontroli&#353;emo spolja&#353;nji svet<br>na kapacitet da obradimo ono &#353;to je unutra ostalo nezavr&#353;eno.</p><p>I tu se de&#353;ava stvarna promena. </p><p class="button-wrapper" vreme samo za sebe, a umesto opu&#353;tanja oseti&#353; nemir, napetost ili neku unutra&#353;nju nelagodu to ima smisla.</p><p>Mnoge od nas ka&#382;u da &#382;ele vi&#353;e prostora, vi&#353;e ti&#353;ine, vi&#353;e vremena za sebe. Ali kada to zaista do&#273;e, ne&#353;to u nama se ne opusti. Um po&#269;ne da vrti razgovore. Telo dr&#382;i suptilnu napetost. Ne jasno&#263;a iz preteranog razmi&#353;ljanja, ve&#263; jasno&#263;a iz toga &#353;to kona&#269;no mo&#382;e&#353; da oseti&#353; sebe bez ometanja.</p><p>Ako ti je mir trenutno neprijatan, probaj ovo: <strong>nemoj da poku&#353;ava&#353; da se opusti&#353;. </strong>Samo ostani. Ostani nekoliko minuta du&#382;e nego &#353;to ti je prijatno. Daj svom telu priliku da kroz iskustvo nau&#269;i da se ni&#353;ta lo&#353;e ne de&#353;ava kada ne radi&#353;, ne re&#353;ava&#353; i ne reaguje&#353;. pri&#269;ala. Samo je gledala druge &#382;ene i mislila: &#8222;&#352;ta ja radim ovde?&#8220;</p><p>Drugog dana je po&#269;ela da prime&#263;uje koliko joj je telo napeto, koliko je navikla da se kontroli&#353;e u svakoj situaciji.</p><p>Tre&#263;eg dana je prvi put pustila da ne bude &#8222;u redu&#8220;.</p><p>Ne pred svima. Ne dramati&#269;no.<br>Ali dovoljno da ne&#353;to popusti.</p><p>I to je bio po&#269;etak.</p><p>Nije oti&#353;la kao druga osoba.<br>Ali je oti&#353;la druga&#269;ije u sebi.</p><p>Znala je gde se Many women interpret this as confusion about what they want. In clinical reality, it is rarely confusion. It is patterning.</p><p>Attraction is not random. It is shaped by attachment history, early relational templates, and nervous system conditioning. If early love involved inconsistency, emotional distance, unpredictability, or the need to earn closeness, those dynamics may later feel familiar. Familiarity can be mistaken for chemistry.</p><p>Unavailable partners often create intensity longing, anticipation, fantasy, intermittent reinforcement. Intermittent emotional availability activates the nervous system and can increase desire. However, activation should not be confused with intimacy.</p><p>True availability requires something far more vulnerable: mutuality. Being fully chosen. Being emotionally seen. Depending on someone and allowing them to depend on you. For individuals whose early experiences made closeness feel unstable or unsafe, this level of intimacy can be unconsciously threatening.</p><p>The pattern is rarely about &#8220;low standards.&#8221; It is often about what the nervous system associates with love.</p><p>The work, therefore, is not about forcing different choices through willpower. It is about increasing capacity for stability, reciprocity, and emotional safety.</p><p>When stability feels &#8220;boring,&#8221; it may not be boredom. It may be the nervous system detoxing from chaos.</p><h3>Reflective Exercises for Independent Work</h3><p>These exercises are designed for awareness, not self-criticism.</p><p><strong>1. Pattern Identification</strong></p><p>List the last three significant romantic interests.<br>For each, note:</p><ul><li><p>Level of emotional availability</p></li><li><p>Consistency of behavior</p></li><li><p>Your internal state (calm vs. anxious)</p></li><li><p>Degree of reciprocity</p></li></ul><p>Look for repetition. Patterns reveal conditioning.</p><p><strong>2. Attraction vs. Regulation Check</strong></p><p>Describe what attraction feels like in your body.<br>Describe what safety feels like in your body.</p><p>If attraction is consistently linked with anxiety or urgency, this may indicate nervous system activation rather than grounded connection.</p><p><strong>3. Fantasy vs. Behavior</strong></p><p>Divide a page into two columns:<br>Potential / Who I imagine this person could be<br>Behavior / Who this person consistently shows themselves to be</p><p>Only behavior predicts relational outcomes.</p><p><strong>4. Reciprocity Audit</strong></p><p>Complete:<br>&#8220;I am attracted to partners who&#8230;&#8221;<br>&#8220;The relationship I say I want is&#8230;&#8221;</p><p>If these statements are misaligned, the work lies in integration rather than dating strategy.</p><p><strong>5. Tolerance for Stability</strong></p><p>Notice reactions to emotionally available individuals:</p><ul><li><p>Do they feel boring?</p></li><li><p>Do you distrust their consistency?</p></li><li><p>Do you feel the urge to withdraw?</p></li></ul><p>These responses may indicate discomfort with safety rather than lack of compatibility.</p><p>Relational patterns do not shift through self-judgment. They shift through awareness, nervous system regulation, and repeated exposure to healthier dynamics.</p><p>The goal is not to eliminate attraction. The goal is to expand capacity so that what is healthy can eventually feel natural.</p><p style="text-align: right;"><em>And when your nervous system begins to learn that availability is safe, your attractions start to shift. Not because you forced yourself to change, but because you expanded your capacity for something healthier.</em></p><p style="text-align: right;"><em>I&#8217;d love to hear your reflections on this.
